Shipping and Returns

We base shipping amounts off the weight and size and where you are located (normally, orders ship from China). Items are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days of when the order was placed. You will be updated with a tracking number by email once the item(s) is/are successfully shipped. Once the order leaves our warehouse, we cannot reroute the package until it arrives at your address.
If not specified, we use regular shipping and the shipping carrier will vary and is at our discretion (postal services by default). Orders shipping to the U.S. will be fulfilled by Amazon provided we have stock in U.S. Amazon’s warehouses (and we recommend you to directly shop on our U.S. Amazon store, if you have a U.S. Amazon account.), while shipping to other countries will depend on the availability of our Amazon account.
Besides the U.S., countries we currently ship to are: United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, etc. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if shipment can be arranged. Transit time for international shipments can range from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on which country you’re in. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just could not work out as planned.
To ensure high quality of products, double quality checks are processed before items are sent out. However, during the long transit, the item(s) may be damaged by the rude processing. If you have any concern about either receiving an unsatisfying, wrong or defective item, please don’t hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
#1 For an unsatisfying item
You can return the item to us. Please be advised that Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
#2 For a wrong item
A wrong item means the item you receive is different from the one you ordered.
- You could return it in its original form and get replacement after the returned item is inspected. We will be responsible for the return cost.
- Or if you could accept it, we will offer 10% discount.
#3 For a defective item
An item that was damaged during transit. Simply take pictures/video for us to confirm, we’ll send you a free replacement. NO RETURN NEEDED.
The returned item must be packed in the original, unmarked package including all accessories, manuals and documentations that were delivered with the item, or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. Before you return the item, please contact us for the return address. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of the date you received the item(s). To make a return, email us at email@example.com to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
